What are Ben Wa Balls?

Ben Wa Balls are used for kegel exercises. They are small weighted vaginal balls designed to help women strengthen their pelvic floor. Also known as kegel balls and Chinese sex balls.

These rose quartz Ben Wa Balls can be used when you have advanced your jade egg practice to the smaller egg. These can be used as vaginal weights to add to your pouch at small 10 gram increments. Any eggs not in use may also be used as a weight.

These can also be used internally and are slightly smaller than the smallest egg in our sets. Use two at a time and really test the dexterity of your pelvic floor muscles by trying to click the Ben Wa balls together!
