Due to the intimate nature of the products we present for sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If, upon receipt of your Order, inspect your ordered item carefully. We take care to package your items carefully and inspect each item beforehand. However if you feel your item was damaged during shipment, you must contact us at email@example.com within seven (7) days after the item was delivered to arrange a return. We will accept a return of the damaged product for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during the return shipment.
Refunds are processed within approximately three  business days of our receipt of your returned damaged product and will show on your statement within 3-7 business days after we receive the returned goods. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the pelvicfloorstrength.co.nz site and appear on your statement as Pelvic Floor Strength.
If you receive an incorrect order you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within three (3) days after the item was delivered to report shipping errors and arrange for the return of the incorrect product.
